Welcome

Award-winning Alaskan artist, Rhonda Horton, made an adventure to the top of the world–Alaska–The Great Land, which she describes, became the entrance to her youth, home to her family, and inspiration for making art.  She sees her connection to the land akin to her creative focus in a multifaceted way of process and materials to include printmaking, drawing, painting, papermaking, assemblage sculpture, and multi-media. As an exhibiting and teaching artist she regards a three-tiered discipline as her working guide: for exhibition, education, and expanding the matters of art–for a society with community, where art becomes a good place to meet.
